- You are past the marketplace’s return period
- The issue appears to be a manufacturing defect, not normal wear and tear or misuse
- Your purchase was made within the last one (1) year

What’s Covered?
Our one-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including issues such as:
- Broken zipper pulls or zipper failure
- Torn, loose, or separating seams
- Broken buckles or hardware
- Ripped pockets caused by construction issues
- Elastic or structural failures due to defects
Please note: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or modifications are not covered.
